·Flights are the responsibility of the customer and form no part of the booking
service.
·Contracts are with accommodation owners and any problems with
rooms/self catering accommodation should be reported direct to the owners.
·Rooms are allocated by the accommodation owners and NOT
GREEKROOMS4U.
·Requests are NOT guaranteed and DO NOT form part of your booking with
either the owners or GREEKROOMS4U.
·Hotel bookings will be confirmed once a deposit of 10% (which is
non-refundable) has been received.
·Cancellations should be notified to us as soon as possible in order to inform
accommodation owners.
·No money will be owing due to cancellations but customers will forgo all
deposit monies.
·All balance payments for rooms should be made to the accommodation
owners on arrival. Please note that not many accommodation owners accept
credit cards - cash payments will be required.
·Any payments for transportation from the airport by prebooked taxi to be
paid directly to the driver.
·Car Hire to be paid for on arrival.
·All prices quoted are in euros. All payments to be made in euros
·Should you experience a medical emergency GREEKROOMS4U are not
responsible for your medical requirements but will help as much as possible
with your insurance company.
·GREEKROOMS4U will be available in resort for advice/help but are NOT
responsible for any complaints made regarding accommodation.
