FINIKOUNDA
Finikounda started as a place for fishermen to rest after a busy day's work. A small community
grew up and was originally known as 'Taverna'. Many years later, the name was changed to
Finikounda and a thriving village of farmers and fishermen was formed. Today, many visitors
from all over the world come to enjoy the hospitality found here, and each summer the village
buzzes with activity.
Many Greek people choose Finikounda for their holidays and because of this the village retains
its traditional 'Greek' atmosphere and the food stays authentic.

Therefore, we decided to try and offer help to those guests who really want to visit this beautiful
